At Caring Mind Counseling, we believe therapy should fit the individual — not the other way around. Our therapists draw from a variety of experiential and evidence-based approaches to offer clients meaningful choices in their path toward healing. Whether through talk therapy, animal assisted therapy, mindfulness, creative exploration, or body-based techniques, we aim to make therapy a collaborative and empowering experience.

Our cozy office reflects our values — personal, grounded, and growth-oriented — offering a space where care and curiosity meet.

Founded in 2021 by Katelyn Monday, MA, LCMHC, LCAS, Caring Mind Counseling began with a hopeful goal — to create a supportive, down-to-earth space where people can explore, heal, and grow. What started as a one-person-one dog practice has since expanded into a small, dedicated team of three therapists who share a passion for helping clients connect more deeply with themselves and others.
