Untangle OCD
Therapy Group
In Person Mental Health Therapy Group
Come as you are
and learn how to find room
between the thought and the compulsion.
This group is for adults who are tired of OCD calling the shots. Using CBT and I-CBT strategies, we'll work together to push back against intrusive thoughts and compulsions, and start reclaiming the parts of life OCD has taken over. You'll also get to connect with others who understand what this actually feels like day to day. The exhaustion, the loops, the isolation and realize you're not the only one carrying this. If you're ready to stop working for OCD and start working for yourself, this group is a good place to begin.
Please note you must sign up below, this group is sign up only.
Meet your therapists.
This group is led by Katelyn Monday, LCMHC, and Gwendolyn Berry, LMFTA, who bring both clinical expertise and genuine care to the room, creating a space where you can learn, share, and heal alongside others who get it.

Sometimes I spend all day trying to count the leaves on a single tree... Of course I have to give up, but by then I'm half crazy with the wonder of it--the abundance of the leaves, the quietness of the branches, the hopelessness of my effort. And I am in that delicious and important place, roaring with laughter, full of earth-praise.
