Welcome

Gwendolyn Berry, LMFTA will be leading our 10 session light movement based mental health therapy group this Spring. This group is for adults who want to reconnect with themselves and their bodies as a pathway to creativity, grounding, mindfulness, and meaningful connection with others. Together, you will create a supportive space to slow down, tune in, and explore gentle mind–body practices that support emotional well-being.

Sessions may include light movement, mindfulness exercises, and opportunities for reflection and creative expression. Participation in any movement is always voluntary, and individuals are encouraged to engage only in ways that feel safe and comfortable for their bodies.

*Please note you must sign up below, this group is sign up only.

Sometimes I spend all day trying to count the leaves on a single tree... Of course I have to give up, but by then I'm half crazy with the wonder of it--the abundance of the leaves, the quietness of the branches, the hopelessness of my effort. And I am in that delicious and important place, roaring with laughter, full of earth-praise.
