No art or creative experience needed,

come as you are.

Welcome to SoulFuel: A Creative Connection Group led by Claire LeMoine, LCMHCA! This is an open group designed to provide a safe, supportive environment for self-expression and healing through art and creativity. Expressive arts therapy offers more than just making art, it's a powerful therapeutic process that allows individuals to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may be difficult to express with words.

Together, we’ll use art materials and guided discussions as tools for reflection, discovery, and connection. Each session integrates evidence-based approaches to support clients' overall mental health. We will connect with each other and focus on the transformative power of creativity! Join us as we reconnect to creativity, community, and the parts of ourselves that need the most care. You don’t need to be an artist, just come as you are. Let’s create healing together.

Please note you must sign up below, this group is sign up only.

Sometimes I spend all day trying to count the leaves on a single tree... Of course I have to give up, but by then I'm half crazy with the wonder of it--the abundance of the leaves, the quietness of the branches, the hopelessness of my effort. And I am in that delicious and important place, roaring with laughter, full of earth-praise.
